- Product URLs you search - Used to track prices and provide predictions
- Items you save to your watchlist - Used to send you relevant price drop notifications
- Your preferences - Budget range and timeline preferences to personalize recommendations
How We Use Your Data
- Track prices for items you're watching
- Send you email alerts when prices drop
- Improve our price prediction algorithms
- Provide personalized recommendations based on your preferences
What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
- We do not share your email with retailers
- We do not track your browsing outside of Parcel
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database) with industry-standard encryption. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@askparcel.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
